Refund policy
At Loïs Lee, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Still want to return the package? No worries, you can! You have 14 days after receipt to cancel your order and another 14 days to return the product.
You can only return your order if the product is unopened and sealed. If the seal is broken or you've already used the product, unfortunately we can't accept it back. We don't offer a money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the product after use, unfortunately we can't refund the purchase price. Not sure which product is best for you? Make sure the product is in its original condition, including all accessories. After registering, you have 14 days to return your package. Once we've received your return, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the account you used for payment within 14 days. You're responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake. In that case, we'll reimburse the shipping costs.
